This privacy policy applies to the Scholarships.de app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Fluxware (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No user accounts, device identifiers, or analytics are used. The following explains the two network interactions the Application makes.
The Application fetches scholarship listings from a Fluxware-operated server (n8n.fluxware.org). This is a standard outgoing HTTP request — no personal information about you is included in or collected through this request. The server does not log IP addresses or any information that can be traced back to individual users.
The Application includes a voluntary "I wish the app would also…" feature. If you choose to use it, the text you type is sent to the Service Provider via the Telegram Bot API. Submitting a wish is entirely opt-in. The message contains only the text you write — no device identifiers, name, or other personal information is attached automatically. You should not include personal data in your wish message. Telegram's own privacy policy governs any data Telegram processes in connection with this transmission.

The feature wish submission is entirely opt-in and voluntary — you can simply choose not to use it.
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it.
The Application does not store any data on your device or on the Service Provider's servers.
Feature wish messages sent via Telegram are retained by the Service Provider for product development purposes. If you would like a specific message deleted, please contact the Service Provider at fluxwaredev@gmail.com.
As the Application does not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete. If you submitted a feature wish message and would like it removed, you may contact the Service Provider at fluxwaredev@gmail.com.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at fluxwaredev@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
The Application does not transmit personal data. Feature wish messages are sent over HTTPS. The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect submitted messages from unauthorized access.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of those changes.
